I remember my mom has always wanted to start a coffee shop ever since a I was real young and now I want to start one as well. I just didnt how to start out without joining a franchise, I would want it to be my own.

I want to own a franchisee out of college in a few years.
I’m willing to own anything from a fast food restaurant (like Mcdonalds— probably highest revenues) to a fancy restaurant or coffee shop (dunkin donuts)

I want to know, how much does the average franchisee make on 1 franchise. I know there are many factors.. so dont just name them please. I want like an estimate … is it around 40k for mcdonalds franchisees?
If so, can i easily own and effectively manage 3 franchisees at a time? to get a 120k salary?

do i need 300k in my bank account times 3? so 900k? or do i just need the 300k for each one.
