Hi! I’m just curious why on earth someone would buy a franchise from some companies when you can just start your own and don’t have to pay $30,000 – $200000 to be a franchise? For example a kid’s art classes franchise (http://www.bison1.com/showcase/kidzart.html?source=11) costs almost 100k to start, that seems so STUPID when you can start your own like art classes and only have to spend a few thousand bucks (if that) to get it going. The same goes for stroller fit classes.. just start your own and call it something else like “Stroller Work Outs” – or Kindermusik and call it “Music Time” – Or “Plato’s Closet” (consignment store) – Why not start your own? Or “Coffee News” – start your own and call it “Morning News” Okay, enough venting it just makes no sense to me? Please explain….
