I may be buying a franchise coffee shop. I understand there will be the usual employee problems. Any other things I should consider? Its open every day which has its drawbacks.

Just wanting some input from anyone with experience. I’m currently pursuing my BA in Business and really would like to own my own business. I recently started looking around and found a ton of companies offering franchising (extremely interested in the coffee shops, etc.).

Any advice/ideas/thoughts would be great!
