I need to find out how much is it to open a chinese fast food restaurant? and should I open my own or do franchise? what do I need to know? thanks for any help.

For example, if the CEO of McDonald’s stops by a franchised McDonald’s to get something to eat, and he saw an employee use foul language towards a customer, does he himself have the authority to fire that employee, or must he contact the owner/manager of the restaurant?
Andrew, you make a good point, but setting that aside, I still would like to know strictly if he does or does not have the authority to fire the employee.
