Whats currently the best Franchise/business thats new and taking storm in the US?

Just wondering whats the best Franchise/business in the US at the minute thats storming ahead of the others or is totally fresh and new? I’m from the UK and looking for new business ventures, I’ve always fancied opening a cheese cake factory style restaurant though but I have businesses in Clothing and Bars also to.
